  6. Does the architect have experience in the type of project I am going to build.?

  8. What will be my budget for the design work and the final construction cost?

These are the types of things that will affect your decision. Anyone who is wanting to hire an architect will need to look at the style of their completed buildings and their level of expertise to achieve a detailed set of construction plans. They will also want to talk with the firm’s satisfied clients  and maybe even tour some completed projects. The correct architect will greatly affect the final building product and facilitate the process of design, permitting and construction of your project.
