IKIDS Pediatric Dental Clinics – Multiple Locations in North Texas
This set of pediatric clinics were designed to give the practice a branding image for marketing the IKIDS dental services to families. The all have a raised front entry porch with lots of stone and timber. The floorplans are similar except that the size of the clinics varies depending on the particular market and site. The locations were in Mansfield, Burleson, Waxahachie and Cedar Hill. They were all completed in 2016- 2018. A new location in Denton is in the planning for 2019.
Lighthouse Family Medicine – Colleyville, Tx.
The 7,400 s.f. medical office project has a circular “tower” style entry of stone , metal roofing and lighted lantern to invoke the theme the chief doctor wishes to convey. The remainder of the structure utilizes the same stone as a water table element below warm brick. The same metal roofing is used for awnings. The building has a larger companion building adjacent to it of 9,500 s.f. Both projects are were completed in early 2016.
Jose Chow Orthodontics – Colleyville, Tx.
The 3,600 s.f. medical office project has a large stone, timber and stucco entry element. The remainder of the structure utilizes stucco with stone as a water table. Patients will enjoy distinctive recessed LED lighting and ample natural light in the treatment areas. The project was completed in early 2016.
Arlington Sleep Center – Arlington, TX.
The 6,500 s.f. medical office project devoted to sleep disorders has a grand entry under clear story light element. Warm stucco and stone compliment the graceful scale of the structure which utilizes recesses and arched elements. The site plan, adjacent to a city park, has extensive landscaping to welcome patients. Many patients spend the night for observations and testing. The project was completed in late 2014.
Arlington Orthopedic Associates – Mansfield, TX.
The 12,560 s.f. medical office project has a unique character due to the extensive planning requirements by The Reserve district. The project is a second location for the orthopedic surgeons. There is an MRI diagnostic room and large physical therapy area in addition to standard patient examination rooms. The project was completed in late 2011.
Psychotherapy Services &Yolkfellows – Ft. Worth, TX.
The 5,500 s.f. counseling center project is placed in to a tight urban fabric in an area currently undergoing redevelopment in the Fort Worth South district. The building will have brick and stucco facades with extensive landscaping. The project was completed in late 2011.
Texas Eye & Laser Center- Fort Worth, Tx.
This is a medical use project located in the heart of a rejuvenating urban village located near the museum district in Fort Worth. The project has a unique character in a tight urban environment. The main eye clinic has 4,600 sf of medical office space and the lease space has 2433 sf . The architectural character is defined by sloping stone pylons and barrel tile roofs. The building was completed in late 2009.
Timarron Family Medicine- Southlake, Tx.
A brick and stone contemporary style building of 6,000 sf to house the medical practices of a team of four physicians. Cost of the project was about $ 650,000.00 without furnishings and equipment in 2003.
Mid Cities Family Care Clinic- Bedford, Tx.
A cozy brick and stone traditional style building of 15,250 sf to house the medical practices of a team of four physicians. Cost of the project was about
$ 1,400,000.00 without furnishings and equipment in 2001.
