A retail center of about 8,500 sf located in a high visibility interstate corridor on a difficult site. This building design has a contemporary scheme. Elevation materials include stucco, brick and suspended awnings. The tenants in this building will be a restaurant and a life style enhancement retailer. The project will completed in early 2019.

Trinity Cooper Business Center – Arlington, Tx.

The 17,500 s.f. mixed use project has elements of retail, office and office/ warehouse. The exterior character of the project uses finished concrete with warm brick and Cultured stone. Black canvas awnings are featured over all windows and entries. The project is leasing quickly.
This is a Phase 2 of the project built in 2008. This phase is under construction with completion scheduled for early 2019.

Terrace Salon – Keller , Texas

This is a large 40 suite full service salon and spa with a total building size of 9.450 s.f. on a high visibility corner in the upscale Keller area market. The design of the building includes a clock tower with a prominent raised water table for an iconic look from the busy corner on Bear Creek Parkway. The project is under construction with completion scheduled for mid-2019.

Tarrant Parkway Retail Center – Keller, Tx.

A retail center of about 5,500 sf located in a high visibility suburban corridor on a prominent site. This building design has a contemporary scheme intended to carry the same material palette as the existing retail center to the west. Elevation materials include stucco, brick, stone and standing seam metal roofing. The project will completed in late 2019.

Quebec Retail Center – Ft. Worth , Tx.

A retail center of about 9,800 sf located on a high visibility corner in the West Loop 820 corridor. Elevation materials include stucco, stone and brick. The tenants in this building will be a restaurants and other food service establishments. Large open covered patios with sweeping views on downtown Ft. Worth are prominent amenities. The project will be completed in early 2020.

Trinity Station Business Center – Arlington, Tx.

The 15,500 s.f. mixed use project has elements of retail, office and office/ warehouse. The exterior character of the project uses finished concrete with warm brick and natural stone. Black canvas awnings are featured over all windows and entries. The project is fully leased since it has high visibility from S. Cooper Street. Phase 2 of the project will be planned and built in 2016.

The Shops at Cheeksparger Phase2 – Bedford, Tx.

A retail center of about 25,000 sf in three buildings . The Phase 2 buildings have 12,000 sf. The developer insisted on using the same exterior character to reflect a small urban village . Elevation materials include stucco, stone and clay tile roofs. The Phase 2 project is now fully leased and completed in 2015.

The Shops at Cheeksparger – Bedford, Tx.

A retail center of about 25,000 sf in three buildings . The Phase 1 building will have 15,000 sf. The developer desired the exterior character to reflect a small urban village . Elevation materials include stucco, stone and clay tile roofs. The Phase 1 project was completed in late 2008 and is now fully leased. Phase 2 is slated for final planning in late 2011.

Y Pay More Cleaners – Arlington, Tx.

A chain of upscale free standing dry cleaner buildings of about 3,100 sf each featuring a contemporary design. Cost of each project is about $260,000.00 for all improvements without equipment.

Little Road Retail Center – Arlington, Tx.

A retail center of about 6,325 sf  with a  split face CMU exterior and metal awnings . Cost of the shell building portion of the project was about $420,000.00 in 2004.

Goodyear Tire Center – Lewisville, Tx.

An automobile services building of about 8,300 sf with a brick / stone veneer and metal awnings . Cost of the project was about $750,000.00 without equipment in 2004.

Goodyear Tire Center – Frisco, Tx.

An automobile services building of about 7,000 sf with a stucco entry and brick / stone veneer . Cost of the project was about $650,000.00 without equipment in 2000.

Super Wash Center – Grand Prairie, TX

A retail center with a coin laundry and lease space of about 5,750 sf, each featuring a stone base, brick veneer and awning design. Cost of project is about $550,000.00 for all improvements without equipment.

Comet Cleaners – Fort Worth, TX.

A dry cleaner building of about 3,000 sf each featuring a split face block and metal roof design. The building has a retail lease space of about 1,500 sf adjacent to the cleaners.  Cost of the project was about $300,000.00 for all improvements without  equipment in 2002.

Garden Town Center – Dalworthington Gardens, Tx.

A retail center of about 19,000 sf located in a small very affluent township. This phase 1 building anchors a total project of about 50,000 sf. Elevation materials include stucco, stone , metal awnings and standing seam metal roofs. The Phase 1 project was completed in late 2010 and is now fully leased. Phase 2 is slated for final planning in late 2011.
