Tivona- Event Center

The 45,000 s.f. event venue center project is located on several acres fronting Virginia Parkway in McKinney. The project is designed in a campus like design to comply with a PD zoning on the site. The project will have a large ballroom, medium ballroom, an Atrium Style Grand Lobby, porte cochere, guest suites , administration offices and a commercial kitchen. The project is still currently in planning and design.
