This Golf Resort Management Company needed to expand from 2,500 s.f. to 5,500 s.f. to support the rapid growth of their staffing. The project took over standard existing office spaces. The transformed interiors take on a new special look of all glass walls and brick wall textures in 2014. Another expansion of 6,000 s.f. was completed in 2022.
